"What about Oregonians who are eligible for subsidies which the site does not offer? The Affordable Care Act allows for tax credits through state exchanges, but not the federal exchange. So far, the IRS has ignored the difference, but a case is pending at the Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia that could be appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court, said Bruce Howell, an attorney at Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt who specializes in health law."
